Red Cross
Holiday Gift Run
On Saturday, December 19th, Santa and his Elves made some early deliveries. The Holiday Gift Run is an effort, coordinated by Red Cross Volunteers, to bring holiday joy to children in our area that have recently experienced a devastating house fire.
Santa and a group of his Elves visited the families bearing gifts. One only needs to look at these children’s faces to experience a portion of the sheer glee witnessed throughout the day.
This year’s Holiday Gift Run was able to benefit 36 children in 20 families.
