The American Red Cross of Central New Jersey recognizes
Senator Marcia Karrow (NJ District 23 Hunterdon/Warren) for her efforts to reduce the minimum age for donating blood to 16 years of age with parental consent. CEO Kevin Sullivan presents a certificate of recognition from the local Red Cross Chapter to Senator Karrow during a June 1, 2009 ceremony at The Ridge in Back Brook in Ringoes, NJ.
