Reporting to the Regional Executive Officer in North New Jersey, the Community Chapter Executive provides leadership and is accountable for achieving performance targets including meeting fundraising and revenue goals, developing and ensuring positive community relationships, partnerships and internal/external communications. The executive director will serve in a leadership role to improve the resiliency of the communities they support to recover from natural and man-made disasters. The executive director will manage expenses within their realm of responsibility and authority. The executive director will promote the growth, quality and consistency of American Red Cross service delivery.
