Instructor Course Scheduled

Please Note: Registrations are not valid until payment is received. A purchase order counts as payment but needs to be sent in with the registration form. Enrollment is on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE BASIS. Courses fill fast; so register quickly! Classes will be cancelled at no cost to the participant if enrollment is low. Registration and payment is required four days prior to the first date of each class.

REFUND POLICY: Participants who fail the pre-course will receive all monies back except $75 registration and processing fee. Candidates who fail any portion of the class after the pre-course or fail to show up will forfeit the entire course fee.
